Masteel UK Ltd to focus on conversion rates 24/01/2011 Masteel UK Ltd has announced it will continue to concentrate on improving conversion rates across its global websites.
Conversion rates are set to remain a focus for Masteel UK Ltd, with the company stating that the internet offers numerous opportunities for its global operations.

In an interview with The A to Z of Materials, head of online at the firm John Winterton explained that his company is looking beyond visitor numbers.

"It is a far more complex scenario than merely generating leads from a website. Investment in back office systems and training will ultimately dictate the levels of client retention and conversion rates," he noted.

Masteel UK Ltd provides high-quality steel stock as well as specialist carbon steel products across a number of international markets.

The publication also pointed out that the company provides extensive linguistic support in Russian, Latvian, Polish, Chinese, Spanish and several Indian languages.

It has also engaged in social media with a YouTube channel and Twitter page, while the organisation notes on its website that these tools have become increasingly important in developing a global online presence.
