Improve website conversion rate with new weighted sort

Website conversion rate could be improved with weighted sort
Companies could further boost their website conversion rate thanks to a new tool from Google.
The Google Analytics team has revealed on its blog that it has released a new programme to help firms to better sort their analytics reports by bounce rate.
The new sorting algorithm, called weighted sort, allows data to be listed in a way that puts the most interesting and actionable rows first.
This puts an end to occasions when a sort report by bounce rate throws up an entire list of entries with a 100 per cent bounce rate.
The blog states: "Weight sort [takes] into consideration the number of visits for each row bringing to the forefront items you care about.
"Keep in mind that because weighted sort is no longer a strict sort, there will be values that don't strictly follow the order you would assume."
As the blog states, the new algorithm could allow firms to "fret not more!".
