21/03/2011
Web analytics are among the tools to be included as part of Dusit International's new website.
Dusit International has completed a full website redesign and the organisation has incorporated web analytics tools into its online platform, it has been revealed.
The hotel company has unveiled some of the features of its new website, which includes easy navigation and social media integration.
Jennifer Cronin, vice-president of sales and marketing at Dusit International, commented that the redesign will have a key role to play in the firm's marketing strategy, while also making it easier for guests and travel agents to access and use the platform.
"The new Dusit website will also help us understand our customers' behaviour better with guest history, web statistics, conversion rates and Google analytics features," she added.
Ms Cronin stated that following the changes, the company aims to more than double online booking rates in 2011 compared with last year.
Dusit opened its first hotel in Bangkok in 1949 and has since gone on to develop a portfolio of deluxe resorts and hotels in destinations such as Dubai, Cairo, Phuket and Manila.
