Our process
A visitor clicks on to one of our client's sites following a PPC Ad or SEO position on Google.
They arrive on the website we have designed and follow a sales funnel which takes them through Attention, Interest, Desire and most importantly ACTION.
They call a telephone number we have tracked and attributed to a particular campaign.
We take the call representing the client and help gain the caller's confidence to take further action.
We record all data on our CRM system and assign appropriate follow up action.
All inbound calls are recorded for training purposes.
We measure and review the success of our campaigns then optimize them accordingly.
