Exit Surveys

 

     Imagine you own a high street retail shop that has 5,000 visitors a month. You get 250 people who actually buy something but the remaining 4,750 walk in, look around and then walk out again! It wouldn’t happen would it?!

Any sensible business owner would be interacting with these important people trying to understand why they didn’t buy and what they would like to see improved.

Even if you have as few as 1000 visitors per month we would recommend introducing an exit survey to get valuable feedback. These can be inexpensive to implement yet provide incredibly valuable feedback.

Typically we try to establish the following:
  • What are my visitors at my website trying to do?
  • Are they completing what they set out to do?
  • If not, why not?
  • How satisfied are my visitors?
