Business Objective: www.essentialslondon.com  are a pharmacy based in Covent Garden. They wanted to explore the idea to sell their product ranges online. needed to implement a plan to help Essentials keep in touch with these customers in a regualr and consisten manner

Our Solution: After conducting an analysis of their market we were able to advise them that there was the a strong market for their products. We analysed how on foot shoppers bought products in store and used these principals to plan the new site. Some shoppers knew the brand they wanted whilst others searched generically an asked for items like for an "organic hand cream". We planned our traffic generation plan to capture both these type of shoppers. We implemented our e-commerce solution and went live with around 500 products available to buy.
